1. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through TireOrigin, you agree to these terms. Retail orders are processed through Stripe payment processing. Container orders follow a quote workflow: you submit a request, we confirm a final quote including freight, and you accept the quote to book the order.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Retail tire orders ship within 5-12 business days depending on the product. Container orders have variable timelines depending on origin, destination port availability, and freight schedules. We will confirm your expected delivery date when we issue your final quote.

3. Container Orders

Container orders are custom builds assembled to your specification. Once a container quote is accepted, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified. Container contents are subject to manufacturer availability; substitutions of equivalent specification may occur with notification.

4. Pricing

All prices shown on this site are in US dollars. Container catalog prices reflect factory cost plus our current markup. Final container quotes include freight and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

Tires sold through TireOrigin carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims should be directed to our support team via your account portal or support@tireorigin.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

TireOrigin's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of products purchased through this platform.
