When you create a TireOrigin account, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. When you place orders or submit container requests, we store the order details including items, quantities, and pricing. This data is necessary to fulfill your orders and provide account features like order tracking.

How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to operate the platform: process orders, send transactional emails (order confirmations, quote notifications), and provide your account portal. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

What We Don't Do

We do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels. We do not sell customer data. Transactional emails are sent from our own self-hosted mail server, not through a third-party email service.

Cookies

TireOrigin uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party pixel trackers.

Data Storage

All data is stored on our own servers. Passwords are stored using scrypt hashing — the plaintext is never stored or recoverable.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@tireorigin.com. Order records may be retained for business accounting purposes.
