Retail Tire Returns

Unused tires in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Container Orders

Container orders are custom builds assembled to your specification and are generally non-returnable. If a container arrives with defective tires, we will arrange replacement of the affected units. Report any defects within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty Claims

Tires carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty claims should include photos of the defect, the DOT number from the tire sidewall, and your order number. Submit claims through your account portal or support@tireorigin.com.

Log into your account at TireOrigin, open a support ticket with your order number, and our team will respond with instructions within one business day.
